North Cyprus is a "semi-dry" climate where summers are full of sunshine and very little rainfall. The average annual temperature of North Cyprus is 19° C. Annually the hottest month is July. January is generally the coolest month of the year, but the air temperature averages a very comfortable 8 C (46 F) where only light jackets are generally required.

Most rainfall occurs between December and February where showers are often heavy in only part of the day and then clearing off afterwards.

As you would expect from a Mediterranean destination, Cyprus is no exception. It truly is a year-round paradise whether you are wishing to get some winter sun from colder European climates in November to March or prefer to catch some of those fantastic summer rays during the peak sunshine months of May to September.
