A discount of 10% is offered to clients booking 2 weeks. A 20% discount is offered to clients booking 3 or more weeks
A fully refundable breakages/security deposit of 200 GBP is also required.
A welcome pack comprising bread, butter, sugar, coffee, tea, milk, eggs, bottle of wine or 6 beers is included free of charge. Additional items can be organized, but reimbursement of receipted items is due to local management representatives upon arrival to the villa.
While the villa is self catering, we can arrange mid-stay cleans at your election if more relaxation is desired during your holiday - please mention your requirements in the enquiry.
An enquiry or an expression of interest does not merit a confirmed reservation. In fairness to our clients, the villa is taken off the market only when the appropriate deposit is received.

As an option, our guests are also invited to consider including our 2005 Landrover Freelander 2.0 TD4 HSE 4x4 as part of the villa rental - competitively5 priced (please ask for details).
A top of the range vehicle with automatic transmission, diesel engine, leather seats, air conditioning, 6 CD changer, metallic paint, power mirrors/locks/sunroof with a forward facing infant seat [ages 1 to 3 years] and a booster seat [ages 3+].
Pricing is inclusive of insurance, but not fuel.
Note: Including the Freelander in your holiday package enables you the freedom to travel South of the island as it is our personal TRNC registered vehicle with 3rd party comprehensive insurance.
