The master en-suite is fully appointed in marble and granite with a Grohe™ rain shower system including 6 side jets and glass/chrome entry door. The family bathroom is generously proportioned with jacuzzi bath with radio. There is a further en-suite to the 4th Bedroom downstairs as well as a guest WC/cloakroom.

All kitchen appliances are Siemens and finished in Stainless steel including a gas 5 ring WOK hob, oven, American style fridge freezer complete with ice and water dispenser (connected to reverse osmosis water purification system), built-in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, toaster, iron and ironing board. Countertop appliances include toaster, coffee percolator, blender, kettle, mixer, etc. Comprehensive cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, wine glasses and Wusthof™ knives in cutting block.

Large terrace area with table and chairs for dining leading to the large 6x6m pergola covered area which offers plenty of shade with an 8 place teak table and chairs and full sized stainless steel propane gas barbecue. Large walled garden with children’s play area including climbing frame, swings and sandpit.

Swimming Pool
The 5 x 10 m Swimming Pool is heated by a HeatSiphon™ electric heat pump and is also fitted with a WaterMaid™ chlorination system (significantly reduces skin & eye irritation while continuously maintaining pool chlorine levels). The pool area is lighted, includes a fresh water shower, is generously equipped with sun beds, cushions, tables, boom box, umbrellas, etc. and is fully fenced with locking gates for child safety. Swimming pool is serviced weekly by professional pool service company.
Power Backup
Esentepe Seaside Villa is equipped with a commercial grade 50 KVA Perkins diesel - Leroy Sommer alternator/generator with automatic transfer panel which will support the entire villa and swimming pool to full capacity in the event of power failure. Mounted in a sound attenuated enclosure and further secured in a locked outbuilding ensures quiet operation and security for child safety. The system is completely automatic engaging whenever mains power fails and shutting down when municipal power returns. Very low noise, very user friendly, and very safe to ensure you have an uninterrupted holiday.

The villa is also equipped with a commercial grade water softener system to reduce the 'harshness' and soften the feel of the local water supply. A further 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration/purification system is installed beneath the kitchen sink for cooking & consumption. The water supply to the fridge/freezer ice maker and water-thru-door features are also connected to the reverse osmosis unit for peace of mind.
Air Conditioning & Heating
There are dual functionality Siemens remote controlled air-conditioners/heaters in each of the 4 bedrooms and lounge areas of the villa. Electric space heaters are also available should you prefer/require them. The fire in the lounge is equipped with a glass door fireplace insert and thermostatically controlled fan circulation.

The villa is also equipped with a wall safe for the security of your passports and valuables. Manufactured in Italy by JUWEL (model 7613) to the highest of industry standards. Front plate thickness is 8 mm and the lock area is protected with a hardened alloy anti-drill plate. The overall door thickness is 42 mm including 2 crossbars of 20 mm diameter. Equipped with 6 level key code entry locks. The digital safe allows you to create your own personal security code known only by you. Door automatically opens upon correct code entry. Measuring 310 x 190 x 196 mm sufficient to accommodate jewelry, passports, wallets, etc.
Mobile Phone
A Nokia mobile phone with local SIM card and charger is provided at the villa for guests to use. Inexpensive pay-as-you-go cards are readily available at most retail outlets making it easy to top up the balance. We invite guests to take advantage of the local number as well as saving money on roaming fees from phones brought from abroad.
